Post-bac programs

Hi everyone 😀 I'm new to the list serv.
I was wondering if anyone had any pertinent information or advice on post-bac programs. Does anyone have any particular programs they would recommend?
I'm mostly looking to improve my G.P.A. I'm taking the MCATs for the first time this Fall and have spent my time wisely since graduation last year. I'm shadowing a DO in my area and getting more volunteer experience soon.
Any feedback encouraged.

Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Va. has one but it's not cheap. Good luck.

I just finished lecom's post bacc program and i thought it was very informative and many people have told me it will help tremendously with first year. We took the same classes as the first years, excluding a few, and we got about 1/2 the material they have. Same notes and test questions many times. good luck!
