hey folks...it's your friendly yet clueless post-bac to be student again...just wondering if anyone has any light to shed on the post-bac programs at northwestern, loyola or boston university...any info/advice any of you have would be great...

thanks again

One program you must consider is the Harvard Health Careers Program. It's run through the Harvard Extension School, which offers evening classes very inexpensively ($660 per 4-credit class!). There's also the opportunity to be sponsored by the department (hold a 3.0ish average and do reasonably well on the MCT).

Those were two of the best years of my life. And I have a choice of med schools to choose from as a result. Good luck!

i can't believe the havard post-bacc is $660 per 4 credit class!!?? Are you in the same classes as the undergrads? How many classes did you take per semester and how difficult were they? any info would be great! I'm also deciding about post-bacc programs..... a tough decision. expense has a lot to do with it, so i'm surprised this program is so reasonable compared to all the others. thanks 😀

are you all looking for a post bacc program for students that have already fulfilled the pre-med requirements and just need to boost their gpa? i was under the impression that the main ones for that were at finch, georgetown, and mcph. i sorta wanted to do the one at mcph but i think classes start in early august and i dont wanna start more school before i take the mcats again.
