With a 3.2 cgpa, 2.9 spga, and decent ec's, lors, etc which will give me a better chance to get into MD school between postbacc and smp? Will any regular postbacc do the job? what mcat range woul i need to score to get into these? thanks!

"regular postbac" is two adjectives in a row. I suggest the word "postbac" isn't helping you - it's not specific enough. What you're on is a low GPA comeback, and what you need is more undergrad, possibly followed by an SMP or other grad work. See the postbac forum for a ton of info, starting here: The Low GPA Thread.

The cost of a low GPA comeback followed by the cost of med school should be a very, very, very big concern for you. Denial is not debt management.

Best of luck to you.
