Post-Interview letter

I recently interviewed at UPenn, the school that I discovered was my top choice, and I was wondering if there was anything else I could do aside from the usual thank you letters to the interviewers. At another school I was given the advice that I should send an informal, heartfelt-type letter to the Admissions office expressing my interest. Would this be a good idea at UPenn, an informal letter telling them that Penn is my top choice? Any ideas?
