I'm a little confused about this part on the amcas

1) What form of writing should this be(e.g. resume format?). Is it okay if I use first person pronoun "I"
2) Can I write what I learned from my experience, or is it just a listing of my experiences.
3) Can someone give an example of how it's suppose to be?

Well, AMCAS says

"This is your opportunity to describe or summarize each experience. The space allotted for this description is 510 characters, or approximately ? of a page."

So I say, first describe what you did, and if you have space, describe what you learned if you feel that is important. I doubt the particular grammar matters all that much, as long as the content is communicated.
