Hi all,
I wanted to start this thread for information and discussion about the PASS applications for 2013.

Can any one tell me about how to go ahead with the section on INSTITUTION EVALUATION. Do I need to ask the Dental school I graduated from for it ? If yes, what does the evaluation include?
Or do I leave it blank as there is an option that says " I attended a Foreign Dental school and can not get this document".
