Posting questions from practice CBTs

Hello, I was wondering if it was okay to post specific MCAT questions from practice tests. There are quite a few questions that I cannot come up with good reasoning for or figure out what they were asking and it would help me tremendously to see if someone can explain it to me.

If I can't post them specifically, can I identify the number and which test and then have people explain it to me?

Technically, you're not supposed to post actual AAMC test questions, so I think the option I've quoted above is better. Or, you can post about the general concept and ask for explanations.
