Stole the idea from another poster and thought I would ask. I copy and pasted my post from his thread.
I've just been accepted to a pharmacology lab at a local medical school and been going for the past 2 weeks (2-3 days a week, 5-6 hours a day). The only people in the lab are the PI, a research specialist, and myself. Basically I'm learning how to do all the experiments right now (survival surgeries, micro-infusions (ICB), IP injections) and will be conducting an experiment (PI designed it) in the upcoming weeks. I have not talked to the PI about an independent research project but I am required to complete a thesis for my major in which I will have to conduct independent research. What do you guys think about the potential of this lab?
