Practice exams for Jan CBT?

I'm planning on taking the Jan CBT because I've not had enough practice and haven't gone through the material enough times to feel comfortable. BUT I was wondering how everyone will practice for the CBT exam? Are you guys going to take the e-mcat.com exams of the old MCATs or paper versions? Will they release old MCATs that they have made shorter? Thanks and good luck studying.
