Just joined the site....looking for some honest feedback because I just don't believe my mom at this point. I just took the Kaplan diagnostic test in which I scored a 19 🙁.
I'm in my second semester of sophomore year, in my first semester of organic, and no physics yet. I had anatomy in highschool but nothing other than that yet. I currently have a 3.1 GPA do to a D- in a cellular molecular bio class (retaking this summer). Hoping to bring my GPA up this semester and in summer. I guess I'm trying to figure out how bad a 19 is? Should I give up at this point?
I've been pretty discouraged the last couple semesters and feel like giving up.
You're honestly and words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

You shouldn't even be thinking about taking the MCAT without all of your pre-reqs. Finish them, then worry about the MCAT.

thanks for the link. I guess I wasn't thinking of the test in that aspect. I mainly took the test just to see what it was like (plus it was free), I didn't expect to do well at all. Just mainly worried if the score was abnormally low. I do agree that it does bascially tell you what you have taken.
