If you have a lot of test available, I would start early on with the practice tests. Start with third-party tests, then older AAMC tests, then finish with the new ones.
MCAT is half content and half strategy, and you need to be an expert at both. Plus, your scores will indicate what you need to be prioritizing. Verbal, actually, is all strategy, and the more you practice the better. But you need to analyze your tests after you take them to see what traps you fell for and how you can improve. This is really important for verbal, but also for the other sections.
