People are always saying that a lot of practice is needed to get a high score on the MCAT. I understand that practice is important, but where do you find a plethora of passages to practice from ? For a reasonable price you can get yourself about 5 full length practice tests. What do you do when you finish those 5 tests ? Surely, 5 tests will not be enough practice to be fully prepared for the MCAT, right ?

There are practice passages in the majority of content review books (Berkeley review, Princeton review, exam krackers, etc). Even though these passages are not official like those from the AAMCs, they are still excellent practice sources and will help you immensely in preparing for the MCAT.

IDK if i can get in trouble for this, but torrenting is your friend. There's a MASSIVE MCAT prep bundle on one torrent, and it has everything thing you would want, including practice tests, prep books, study guides, etc... The one i'm talking about is on TPB last I checked.

Yes practice is key because you are applying your knowledge and getting direct feedback. Reviewing is equally important. The major publishers (EK, TPR, TBR) have tons of practice materials, EK has a series of 1001 questions for each subject and you should get all of the AAMC full-lengths. The best materials also have good resale value, so you usually don't lose too much money. Good luck!
