Hi guys,
So I have an interview at this school, and this school's admission people are coming to my school to present something prior to my interview. I am planning on attending their presentation, so after the presentation, should I just go up and introduce myself? like how should I do this to show more interest? Should I just go up and say hi? or would this be really akward...
Thanks,

Thanks,
This happens every year at my school. The deans of all the med schools in the state go around and give presentations to the undergrads. One of them usually does mock/pre-interviews.

tl;dr- go introduce yourself. They may not remember your name but generally will remember your face if you get an interview. And thats always a good thing.

It would not be awkward at all, you should go up to them with a lot of enthusiasm and show that you're extremely interested in their school. Have a big smile on your face and tell them your name, maybe a little bit about yourself. I think this will leave a pretty positive impact. The key is to be enthusiastic and not boring.

For future reference: improper use of tl;dr

OP: Dress nicely, be friendly, shake hands, say you can't wait to interview and you love the school. You're goal is to make a good impression on someone who quite possibly will be in the room when you're voted on in committee
