Pre-med students Health care experience importance.

Hey,

I know that Gpa/Mcats scores are taken into considerations, when it comes to admissions in Caribbean schools.

How important is the Health care experience? Now I'm not talking about
just a E.M.T course of one semester, but proper bachelors degree in health sciences like Nursing, Respiratory therapist, Radiologic science, Physical therapist, occupational therapy, speech therapy etc.,
