I'm a USMD, just submitted my rank list for neurosurgery. Good luck to all.
An IMG friend of mine is interested in ortho. It's a long shot by any means but he's determined. His step 1 is 255. Is anyone aware of any ortho research departments who would take on an IMG for 1-2 years?
He's self funded.
