pre-vet post baccs without a glide year?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.

are there any post baccs with linkages to vet schools, so no glide year? thanks a lot! :d

You should not have a glide year - the reason they have one in medicine is because they need to finish their core sciences before they take their MCAT's - the timing of this creates the lapse.

Most vet schools just require you have completed the pre-rews before you commence.

The only two structured post-bacc programs that I know about that are at schools with vet schools are Penn and Tufts, and neither have linkages to their vet schools. Penn does offer some special tours/meetings with the Penn vet folks, and if you are interested in volunteering at VHUP or New Bolton, they are very used to having post-baccs come volunteer.
