Excellent. If you haven't seen them before, treasure the moment. They put on great shows (hopefully with whatever the event is where you're seeing them, they have their full visual show). I'm planning on catching them for my 5th time in Columbus, OH on September 21st, if I remember the date correctly. Last time I saw them was in May in Kansas City, as part of their mini-tour before they went to Europe.

Cross your fingers for them to play Third Eye--it's their best live song, in my humble opinion.

I love Tool but I have to say I saw them twice and both times I was kind of let down....Maynard had his funny/weird little quotes but they never interacted with each other or anything.......Maynard sat in the back facing the stage wall singing the entire gig. I never even saw his face. They do sound cd quality playing....which for their music is incredible but I like the artist to interact a little more I guess. Docdiva22...you look so much like a um....................we'll say friend (in the good way). It scares me.

i'm trying to decide which pic to submit w/ secondaries, and i don't have a passport photo, so i'm having to just use a cropped dig camera pic from graduation week (and i can crop my bro out of the middle one if that's the best). which of the following is most appropriate/gives off the best "accept me into your school" vibe: 1, 2, or 3? thanks!!

IT is funny though...the best concerts I have been to have been from the groups I don't even listen to their music because I find it boring. I like listening to their music and they can no doubt play but generally I want to hear more than something I could hear by like throwing on my tool dvd and sitting on my couch.lol Or standing there half staring with a bunch of smelly sweaty germans not able to move. Do I abandon them? Hell no...but as far as concerts go I wouldn't mind connecting with the artist more. 😛 I did like that whole rope thing with the contortionists. They don't make it about themselves though because they are one of the few bands that really don't like each other much and do it for the music from the beginning.lol

The ranting solo at the end of that song is one of the most amazing things I've ever heard (I'm too scared to actually look up the lyrics)....god I love RHCP.

Either way, my two favorite from that album are "Tell Me Baby" and "Snow (Hey Oh)"
