PREP Self Assessment CDs

I am taking the board exam in October. I am looking for PREP Self-Assessment CD-ROMs from the years 2005 - 2009 for board review. I only to need to borrow the CDs briefly and am willing to pay for shipment both ways. Please let me know if you can help me.
