1 - When do most of the programs start entering their ROL or by when are they almost ready with decisions about ranking order of applicants ?
2 - Lets say if an applicant interviewed in Nov end and another interviewed in Jan first week. How does the faculty remember the performance of the earlier candidate while evaluating ? Do they evaluate and rank the applicant right away after the interview ?
3 - Whose opinion matters more if a PhD and an MD both interviewed you separately?
4 - Do they go through the application before entering the final ROL to make sure you have Step 3 etc or no ? Is Step 3 really a huge plus for psychiatry ?
