So i just wanted to get some input on my situation. I submittted my AADSAS with 4 missing prereq's- OChem 1&2, second sem of english, and physics 2(lecture only). Although some schoools ask for other prereq's i do not have, these are the main ones that every school asks for. I was wondering if not having these in right away will severely hinder my shot at an interview. I finished ochem 1, and am going to be done with ochem 2 in about 3 weeks(all over summer). And i am finishing Physics and english next semester. The earliest AADSAS academic update is in november i believe. I dont have great stats so i wanted to get some input on whether i would be automatically kicked to the curb by most schools and/or be a highly unfavorable applicant compared to others. Also if any others are in a similar situation.

I think you should get in contact with the schools and tell them your situation. I think you will be fine though as long as you complete the prereqs before you enter dental school. Isn't here something on the AADSAS where you can put "in progress" for the courses?

As long as you put that you were currently taking the classes, or that you would complete them before you would start dental school, there's no problem. If you didn't put that in your AADSAS application, you need to call all of the schools you applied to right now, and let them know that you are - I really think that not having those on there will significantly hurt your chances.
