Hi,
I am going to apply to dental school this year. The pre-requisite courses that Ihave taken till now are: On Biology and one English course. I am taking another Biology course this semester. My question is: Do I have enough time to take the other prerequisite courses? I don't need to take any physics since I am an engineer and I took Physics course in my BS.

Thanks,

You don't need to finish all prerequisite by the time of application. However, it might hurt your chance if you are not biology-related major. I would take as many credits as I can the upcoming summer semester. I finish 50 credits worth prerequisite courses in three semester (one year) so it is definitely doable. I hope it helps!

Thanks for your response.
Do I need to take courses than the prerequisite courses? Each university website has a list of prerequisite courses, that's what I mean

Prerequisites are the ones you have to finish before attending dental school. The list may vary from school to school. Taking more upper level bio related courses are always recommended. The school I got accepted to requires over 50 credits worth prerequisite courses.
