I got a "W" on my chemistry before, does my W counts as a repeated course?

Nope, but check with the individual schools.

Not anywhere I've seen. But like Azimuthal said, make sure with your specific schools. I have heard of schools that question people about W's during interviews though.

I didn't count mine but make sure they are on the record obviously.

I believe PTCAS states it does not count . It didn't for me!
