Prescribing Psychologists Register. This company took my money and won't return my email or calls?

Samuel Feldman Psychologist the owner he told me I can send money order or do a credit card payment online which I chose not to do a credit card payment online. At this point I do not want to be a member due to the fact that I havent heard from samuel in a month after I sent a money order payment by mail.
