how does one apply to it?

do you need an MPH before applying? Does it start from PGY-2 position, or does start from PGY-1



I looked on ERAS, most say Advanced next to it or Physician-Only

What does advanced mean? that it starts from PGY-2?

You generally get an MPH while you complete your residency. ERAS has a list, but some of these programs have closed, so make sure to call each program prior to applying.
