The most common tumors in most organs that I've studied are metastatic. However, I do remember there are a couple organs in which primary tumors are more common, but I don't remember exactly which ones. Does somebody know? Thanks!

I believe colon and pancreas may be on the primary list.

About half of adult brain tumors are mets, so I would be hesitant to say either way with the brain.

I'm just going according to what Goljan has. I'm sure you're right, however. It's probably just important to know what the primary brain tumors are and what primary tumors can metastasize to the brain.
