There are two available options for Princeton Review books for me. There's the 7-book set and the "all-in-one" set. I will be taking the MCAT August 3rd, and will be in europe for two weeks in july. What are the differences between the two sets? Which is better for my timeline?

Their "total prep." book that is similar to the book set all in one looks good, is cheaper, and comes with one extra practice test, however, it doesn't have as much content as the regular book set so consider what is most important to you. I chose their book set when it came to it just because it isn't that much more money and having looked at them now, theres probably twice the content in the set than that book

I also used the 7-book box set and really liked it. Definitely a bit overload on content review, but I felt it was better to be over-prepared than under.
