Princeton Review Website Practice MCAT, HELP!

Hey I just need some quick technical help. So, my friend gave me access to his practice exams he had from the TPR Student Tools (I'm sure some of you are familiar with it) and he said it shows up on his computer. However, when I log into his account, the exams don't show up and it only shows the Free Diagnostic on the list of practice tests. We really don't know why it works for his computer and not mine. Plus, he's said he used the account on other computers as well. Any ideas or suggestions?

Yes, I know that. I think we can all agree that a vast amount of people probably even on sdn have done this. I was just seeing if anyone has experienced the same problem. So any suggestions?
