I was AFR flight Surgeon 2002-2008. I am a board certified Urologist. I live and breath aviation as a hobby. I am gradually changing my civilian practice focus to FAA flight physicals. ( I now treasure sleep more and am secure financially). My goal is to is function as a Reserve Army Flight Surgeon. I could not get back in the AFR as I stayed IRR too long and was twice passed over. The Army has a 4 week cross over course for flight surgeons.
I completed the AF Reserve COT. Anybody know if I would have to do DCC or BOLC? Recruiter- "Don't think so"- I hate those answers.

Any Army Reserve flight Docs out there?

I graduated from USAFA and did SOS. Still had to do BOLC (commissioned before DCC) and plan on doing CCC.

Not a flight doc, but 60N (Anesthesiologist)
