so. . . we wait. . . some more. Still, I am happy to wait for pritzker. I just hope things work out.😀
hate to bring bad news but the meeting on the calendar i think was the scholarship committee meeting. i just got a call today. i think the 10th/11th is the real meeting. good luck all!
Awesome and congrats, but do you know why you didn't get the offer at the time of admission like some did? (I know a few full rides went out w/ acceptance offers.) I already got my fin aid package but I wouldn't mind additional $$...Of course if you got into WashU you probably look better than I do 😀

Wait, she withdrew from Pritzker with a FULL SCHOLARSHIP?!? Wow, what was she thinking??Oh! My good friend got a full scholarship with her Pritzker acceptance and she told me she withdrew yesterday. Coincidence?!
Congrats, EB!

I'm sure NEXT week will be the week I hear back from Pritzker.

I guess it's Wednesday. Then again, it's only been more than 8 weeks!

It means that you're "continued," which basically means that you'll be re-reviewed at every meeting from here on. If you're not outright accepted by May 15, you'll be waitlisted
I guess it makes sense if she got a scholarship from another school. The full scholarships are so rare, I was just surprised anyone would turn one down, especially at such a good school like Pritzker. But of course, that is good news for those of us still waiting for acceptances.Yeah, not sure I would have done the same thing 😕 , but she had a similar offer from another school. I think she felt badly about holding both and decided that Chicago wasn't for her (no pressure from me, though, if that's what you're thinking. 😉 ).

Heimerfink, I think they haven't really waitlisted anyone yet. They'll eventually turn the "continued" applicants into the waitlist. That's what I've heard.
Anyone know if they rejected anyone post interview? Or is everyone either accepted or continued? Was there really someone who was continued an then rejected later?
My status changed to yes but it didn't say anything else. And I didn't receive an email or a phone call. Does that mean rejection?🙁

Anyone know what Dean Abelson meant when he said in the continued letter that waitlistees who maintains interest in the school will "contract with time"?
If you are continued, then your status would change to unknown. And you will get a letter in the mail telling you that you are continued, although it took mine two months to get to me...Congratulations pmstp21!!! You must be really excited! Seeing that some people's statuses have changed from no to yes in the decision status, what do you think it means if my status still says no. If I had been continued, would I get a continued applicants letter or be informed in some manner? Is there any chance they made a decision already but haven't changed my status? I would really appreciate the input, even if you are not sure. I just need some support please =).
should a LOI be addressed to dean Abelson since he signed the continued notification letter? or to the interviewer?
I called the office today and although my status says yes, the secretary claimed she can't see what the decision is . And she said that I should receive a letter next week. This is definitely a rejection isn't it?🙁
hey so my roomate says that her friend JUST got waitlisted at uchicago... but this doenst sound right. they dont have a waitlist going yet do they?
