Nothin' recently. I'm under "consideration" at UC and have been for a month. Maybe this month I'll hear something more? The waitlist for Pritzker doesn't come out until April.

same here, my status is a continued candidate and have i haven't heard anything for a few months now.

i havent been hearing too much from people being accepted outright to pritzker. i think they're playin it safe by throwing us all on this list. hopefully we will be among some of the lucky ones!

I interviewed at Pritzker in mid-January and received a phone call from the Dean mid-February. Best of luck to you all!

They mentioned to my group on interview day that they only accept and reject a handful of applicants before April-ish; the majority of them they put on "continued candidate" status until then. They state in that letter that *most* people who make it to the official wait list will eventually get in. Just their way of dragging us along as long as possible, I guess 🙂

haha, of course, they have to keep that little bit of hope in us until august... on the bright side, at least we're still being considered, although the wait is almost unbearable!

Being a continued candidate makes me feel like I'm on the waitlist for the waitlist! I wish they would just tell us sooner. Do all the people who interview but didn't get accepted right away get 'continued candidate' status?

I'm a "continued candidate" as well. Honestly, I wish they just hadn't sent me anything at all.

it is my understanding that continued candidates are those on a list from which they will choose people to be placed on the waitlist... sounds like a waitlist for the waitlist to me.

That's the impression I got, too. Did all of you guys send them additional information? Did they respond once you did?

Awesome! I don't know about anyone else, but the wait is killing me. Pritzker is an amazing school--pricy, but amazing. Which brings up my next question: For those who are accepted late in the game (say late July), how would you go about sorting your finances in time for classes? This might sound like a dumb question, but as an international student I've had little experience with loans, etc in the U.S. My undergrad institution was very good with dispensing money so I didn't have to worry as much there, but I don't think it's going to be quite the same with Pritkzer 🙂
