Private graduate housing Non-NYU/Dorms NYU/roomates

FYI.. Has anyone looked at these private longterm dorms, semester stay places in NYC. For example, like I-House and/or www.nystudenthousing.com. If you have any feedback about these place let me know. I've seen some places as low as 3500/semester. Likewise, how many people did NYUCD allocate for NYU housing? I was told it was based on stats and demographics. My stats were good and I live in Washington. Did anyone feel like they got screwed? Also I haven't written finding a NYU student as a roomate. My Girlfriend and I are looking for a roomate. Gender doesn't matter, just as long as your not a pig
