Don't listen to the people trying to bring you down. Sometimes people behind anonymous profiles over the internet will be cruel. Especially in a competitive environment like this. Or for their lack of success and insecurity they will have you believe all hope is lost. You've got a 4.0 and good MCAT score. Tells me you are dedicated and have worked hard. If you do have to wait next cycle apply broadly. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. You don't ever want to do that even with high stats and an overall good application. The average is 14 schools for applicants. I would suggest at least 10 schools with some of them being safety schools.
Now more importantly. Think about why you got rejected. Could you volunteer more? Shadow more? Or maybe it was just a competitive school. They said you seemed nervous during the interview? My school has a career services building. There they perform mock interviews and help you in your interview skills. I highly suggest doing that. Check with your school if they offer that or get an interview coach. People simply don't practice enough for interviews. Get some practice and you will be fine. Many people get nervous for interviews. It is something that can improve. Check Goro's interview thread. He has some good tips and on this site they give sample questions so you can practice. Also look over your application and experiences. Think about what you really want to sell them in the interview.
You can do this. You have worked hard and done well. Just learn from your mistakes. Apply broadly next cycle if you choose to wait until next cycle, get some mock interviews, and look into volunteering, etc. You will be fine.
