problem with registrating with nbde part1

hi,
i am experiencing difficulty with getting registered for part 1 exam, pl advise, i had called ada and they said they can't do anything other than paper application which will take 2 weeks and after jan1 they won't allow me to get register even, they are giving so political answers, i can't believe it.
. their website is not letting me get registered for part 1, pl help..anybody...

i would call them again and be on the computer @ the same time while iam talkin with them,,bec. the same happneded with me (when the websire didntlet to regester ),,just call them and tell them whats goin on,,they will help u how to get dentpin and help u in regestering,,they r suppose to help !!!!

be cool dear..im sailing in the same boat.
i applied on dec 5th,i didn't get my eligibility letter,
everytime the ada people saying different stories.
among that system was down,that i heard so many times.
but one thing they are saying strongly that,those application receieved before dec 31st can retake the exam.
hope for the best.

So it will be ok to retake exam even if i couldn't get the eligibility No before Dec 31 2009 as long as I applied on Dec 23 2009?

wadent, i have my dentpin number and i can log in my account, only thing is when i am clicking on fees and click continue for registration, the page is going blank, i have tried it on many computers and different networks also, same thing is happening. i am very depressed now as if i dont register, how will i take exam...?
i called them and they said they dont know abt it and there are no problems going on.what r they lying for? i dont know but i have lost my last chance also just due to their website error showing up every time.🙁

call them again and tell them to help u step by step while ur on ur computer thats what i did i faced the same problem,,got me disapointed first but then i called them ,,and they r there to help people,,so ok u have ur dentpin,,type that in and then type ur password and u should go from there..
teethie call them now,,if u can ,,,and try again and agian,,,, tell them whats goin on,,i just dont know why the page is goin blank !!!!!!!! its weired maybe because of the popup on ur pc being disable or somthin !!!
any way u try again if it didnt work call the people..

what i know u CAN'T apply for partial examintaion,,it used to be like that before ,,,it was easier,,everythin was easier....

i have tried many times on diferent computers even i used outside my home but same thing is happening, aftr entering dentpin, i enter all the informatin and click on fees $265.00 then again click continue registration, then it shows website server has error and i had caled ada and they said its technical fault , should call on MONDAY FOR IT AS THEYDONT NOW WHY ITS HAPPENING. I WONDER EVEN IF THEY CAN HELP ME ON MONDAYONE THING IS SURE THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN MY PC OR INternet, i have confirmed it, its their website windows server has problem and they are not even aware or want to be aware of it.

I am sailing in the same boat.
I also had registered on 14th Dec but still I didn't get any eligibility letter. But on the same day I got an email about APPLICATION FOR NBDE 1 RECEIVED WITH APPLICATION ID AND APPLICANT NAME.
But I am waiting for eligibility number and had called many times to confirm if I won't get eligibility number before 31st Dec then will it create any problem or not, but all time they replied if you paid and got email of application received then don't worry if you don't get eligibility number before 31st dec.

So I think we just have to be paid off before 31st Dec, nothing else.
Anyone has any kind of different news form them regarding this then pls share........

called ada today and found that they updated the website and fixed few things,but still i am unable to register, they told to try tomorrow.donno whats goona happen again........

I called them yesterday. It sounds they won't send a new eligibility again.it means they won't notify you. kind of dangerous?

I called ADA and they said that as long as you have sent/submitted the application ,the person will be able to take the exam. they just need the application submitted before 31st dec 2009. Eligibility no is required to set the exam date in the prometric center.
I hope i made the query clear.

Missmile, if this is reapplication for you, have you received your scores ? If they are saying they will send eligibility letter after / along with the scores, I was wondering if you already have the scores? And i dont know why they want to wait for scores? Isnt eligibility based on scores supposed to happen from 2010?
It is not clear at all. Anyways I hope who applied before dec 31st will get eligibility letters.

did u mean eligibility#? no,they won't send it imm after your score report. Score report was released in 3 weeks which are not enough for 85 days lapse.

Conirm# is the one you got from Promertric after u schedule your exam successfully.

I haven't got the eligibility # after even 100 days lapse. your got your new eligibility # immediately after your score report?

I called so many times for my eligibility no to ADA but all time they told me their problem with surver. And also firmly told as long as I applied before 31st dec I wont have to worry about retake, If I applied before 31st dec then I will be eligible but due to website problem they cant process over eligibility number now and I will get it in nearly time........So chilled up dude who got just applied......
