problems with albany?

so i have now tried sending in my albany application twice and each time i try to save it, the entire form is erased.... GRRRRR

anyone else experience this? i tried to print it but it wouldnt let me do that until i saved it, go to save it and *poof* its all gone.....????

i had problems just logging in today. i emailed them today: they were having some problems with the site earlier. maybe there are still glitches....
