The list that we can is quite large.

The list that the vast majority do much less so.

Biggest bang for your buck that I see is cosmetics: Botox, lasers, that sort of stuff.
 
Suturing, skin biopsy, EKG, ear lavage, in-house laboratory are some procedures that I do in a family medicine clinic. I also notice that my supervising physician prefers injections (Solumedrol, Decadrol, Rocephin, Vitamin 12), which bring significant revenue to the clinic.
 
IUDs, skin biopsies, joint injections, nexplanons, suturing..

Expand that to include vaginal deliveries and C sections in very rural communities.
 
Some places FM does scopes. If you get quick, a half morning of EGDs for upper abdominal pain and screening CEs can be lucrative.
