Keep emailing them or visit them in person gently reminding them, we've all been there.

Will my LoRs upload my letters by September? WHO KNOWS. Meanwhile, 26 secondaries are complete and waiting. I'm a reapp too One, literally, just has to upload the thing but apparently thats extremely difficult for professors. I asked 2 months ago. I even emailed them the youtube tutorial. And before anyone says anything, yes, I sent them emails thanking them for their committed support weeks ago.

I would say that if you are a reapplicant and you are worrying about this in late August then the professor is not the only one who has been procrastinating.
