Programs that pay for hotel or airfare

I will be applying to peds this year. Do you guys know of any programs that pay for hotel and/or travel expenses?

Pay for hotel:
Rainbow (Cleveland)
Columbus
Cincinnati
Indiana
Vanderbilt
Wash U

In general, I found the programs in "less desirable" cities (like the above) were more likely to pay for lodging than programs in cities like Chicago, Boston, Philly, etc. The only program I've heard of that pays for travel expenses is Baylor.

Awesome. I was planning on applying to all of those, with the exception of Vanderbilt. Looks like interviewing will be a bit cheaper than I thought. Thanks for the info.
