Programs to Target

Hey guys can anyone recommend programs to target or those I shouldnt even bother to look at since ERAS is right around the corner? I have lived up and down the east coast and am from a military family background so location wise I am flexible. Any help is appreciated.

My Stats:
School: MD Program in PR (LCME accredited)
Step 1 : 245
Step 2 CK: 267
Research experiences: 3 all premed but neuro based
Publications: 13 posters/oral presentations all premed

As many as you can. The lack of recent research experience will slow you down some but if you apply broadly you will have a good chance of matching.
