For the activities section on the app, how far in the future should projected hours be projected? Like are we talking the summer or all the way until secondary deadlines in september?

I'd project out all the way through next year, or the end of the activity, whichever comes first. They are not given THAT much weight, because plans change, but why limit yourself if the activity is going to continue through the entire application cycle?
Is it more seen more favorably by admissions members if we split the hours portion into two separate sections? One section leading up until June of 2021 for example and another section below it from June 2021 until July of 2022. @Catalystik@Moko@gyngyn@LizzyM
This^^^. It's not just seen more favorably, it's actually required, because one is actual hours completed which can be verified, and one is projected hours, which are subject to change and are accordingly given less weight. It would actually be a misrepresentation to imply that hours not yet completed were, which is why you need to break them out if you are including future projected hours.

It is beneficial to appear completely transparent. There are various ways you can indicate which hours are completed and definitely verifiable and which are future projections, which may or may not happen. Your way is one of those ways.
