Depends, how did they offer it?

Just do it quickly - email with letter to follow, so your seat can go to another.
 
I wrote a letter to one and the other actually had a check box "yes" or "no", which was nice. Flighterdoc is right, email and send a letter. Besides, you may end up in a graduate program at one of those schools.:)

That could be considered a terrorist act. Whatever you do, dont send an envelope of anthrax. :D

Thanks for your help guys. I e-mailed and got a reply shortly after. It was very nice, told me good luck in my dental future. I think i will follow up that nice e-mail with a big turd in a box to show my appreciation.
