can someone please help me tell the difference b/w these in a male. I had a practice test with all these as answer choice and was not sure which one it was. I know it was not BPH, but the others I was not sure.

Prostatitis has a tender prostate on DRE. Pyelonephritis has CVA tenderness and WBC casts. UTI has increased urgency, frequency, burning/pain without CVA tenderness & without a tender prostate. BPH is a large nontender prostate sometimes with signs of urinary retention.
