I applied last year with a 27 (10B 10P 7V Q) and ended up with 6 interviews and 2 acceptances. Just want to provide some hope for those in a similar situation. Obviously, this process is very unpredictable and I don't want to give anyone false hope, but my MDapps is there if you want to take a look. Good luck to all of you! I used to have a really long thread going throughout my app cycle, but I can't seem to find it.

This is my MDapps link

Congratulations OP! I am currently a first time apply-er and MCAT taker, and I am in the same boat as you (10 PS / 7VR / 11 BS) with the 7 in Verbal being the only blemish on my application. 3.8 cGPA, 3.76 sGPA, decent research and medical volunteering and fairly strong EC's. I've been debating for the past few days whether or not to just apply, or wait a year and retake the MCAT, but it looks like I may have made my decision :) .
