I've decided that I want to pursue a combined psych Neuro fellowship. I love inpatient psych and outpatient neurology too much . Is it possible , to have a combined private practice ? Is it practical ? New admissions for both specialties take about an hour with the patient anyway . Will you be able to bill for both in separate patients under a single practice ? Considering doing an additional neurofellowship to enhance the scope of my practice. I know more time training = less attending money . But I'm trying to live the dream and I'm sure I can make up that money with a successful practice . Thoughts , anyone ever do this ? Thanks
