Psych/Soc self-study or coursework

I will not have time for these courses before sitting for the MCAT next year. My study schedule will leave me with two weeks self learning for psych, two weeks for soc, at about 30 hrs/wk study time. Will I really be in trouble without having taken dedicated courses for each of these before test day? I hear it's very difficult to cover all the tested concepts in these subjects, regardless of coursework.
