I was wondering if people could post their favorite books relating to therapeutic interventions for psychotic disorders. I am craving a deeper dive on the subject and wondering if people have any recommendations. Thanks!
I have heard that this is a great book for patients and family to read and I really need to read it. Dr. Saks spoke at my doctoral graduation and was one of the most personally impactful graduation speeches I have ever heard. Actually, the only impactful graduation speech I have heard so kind of a low bar 😉, but still something that helps me to continue to see the person and potential behind the symptoms and illness and also to share with patients about how to adjust to life with the illness.![]()
