For those that have taken the PTCB:

What does it mean by testing window?

If the testing window begins 8/27 and ends 9/28, does this mean that I can take the exam anytime within this time frame?

Also why would the cancellation/refund deadline be 10/12, which is after taking the exam? Shouldn't the refund date be before the exam date??

Yes you are supposed to take it between 8/27 and 9/28. I am not too sure about the refund period.

You should have got a letter or e-mail telling you to pick a day to test on.
