Is it necessary to memorize the top 100 drugs in order to pass the PTCE? I currently use this book http://www.amazon.com/Pharmacy-Technician-Exam-LearningExpress-Editors/dp/1576857379/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1313369310&sr=8-2; I think I'm making a lot of progress so far. I just want to take the exam by the end of August since that's when my school starts. I know that math section will be very easy for me. It's just that this memorizing drugs chapter throws me out (I have 10 drugs memorized so far...) So is it necessary? I would like to hear your inputs.
P.S. Any tricks/tips for the exam? What section should I focus/study more? I'm so excited and eager to take it already!
