put on application-Carribean school acceptance

i applied about 3 years ago to a Carribean med school and was accepted. i did not attend. on the TMDSAS it asks the question about being accepted to any other med school. should i put this down or do they mean only US medical schools?

I'd suggest calling them and asking. I dunno how many people here will have had similar experiences.
