Does anyone/should I put "Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities" on my AMCAS under awards? Is this kind of like putting dean's/president's list, and rather moot?

Who's Who's seems more like a scam to get people's money than anything else.

I wouldn't bother. It's not a well-regarded distinction and likely won't tell them anything new about you.
