In one of the explanations they refer to the manubriosternal nothch being located at the level of the 4th thoracic vertebra. Isn't it at the level of T2? and T4 is around the nipples. I felt this out on myself but my nipples are way lower than my sternal angle. Am I malformed or are they wrong?

I think you've got a few things confused.

The manubriosternal notch is at the level of the T4 vertebrae but it is where the T2 ribs come in (since the ribs arch downward). The T4 with nipples is the dermatome and which ribs come in...not to be confused with the actually vertebral level. Not sure exactly what vertebral level the nipples are at but if I had to guess I'd say T7.
